Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

Tea and retail products may be returned only if damaged or incorrect, subject to notice within 7 days of delivery. Classes, workshops, and events may be canceled or rescheduled according to the terms posted at booking. Retreat deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
